Statement of Purpose  

To surround youth with unconditional love and build genuine relationships. And equipping them to develop deeper relationships with Christ and engagement within church ministries. To impact children by teaching lifelong lessons.

Qualifications:
  1. Born again and a lover of Christ. Pass a background check. 
  2. Good knowledge of The Bible. And able to translate biblical principles to current times. Organized: plans ahead, prepares well, executes tasks, keeps good time, follows up questions.  Instructions are clear and structured. 
  3. Ideal skills to have are effective organization, flexibility, leadership yet the ability to be a team player, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Creatively guide youth in their faith journey.  Keep them safe. 
  2. Arrange for a variety of activities, both at the church and away, that will attract many different youth to the church and hold their interest. 
  3. Establish and maintain multiple communication channels.
